Placing an order
Making your purchase simple and straight forward!
Simply browse through our products on our online boutique. When you see the item you wish to order, type in your requested quantity (maximum 10 unites per item), and then click on "Add To Cart". When you are ready for check-out, just LOGIN to continue the next step, or REGISTER if you are a first-time customer. After that, just complete the process by typing in your shipping and payment information. And we will get your order shipped as soon as possible.

Once you have paid and your payment details are verified by the PayPal™ / credit card centre, your order will be processed immediately. We will then pack your order and deliver it to you. This transaction will appear on your bank statement as a payment to FINESSENCE (HK) LIMITED.
All prices on this website are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HK$).
All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at the price in effect at time the payment is confirmed.
In order to protect you as well as ourselves from fraud or other unauthorized or illegal activity, FINESSENCE screen all orders and reserves the right to withhold or refuse processing any orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. FINESSENCE may request a copy of your credit card statement via email to verify your payment. FINESSENCE also reserves the right to disable any member accounts or refuse to ship to certain addresses in case of suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
Product prices listed on FINESSENCE Online Boutique are subjected to change without advanced notice.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause and you cannot order any item marked as out of stock.
We offer Standard Delivery by SF Express limited to Hong Kong and Macau only. With the exception of specifically listed promotions on the website, FINESSENCE delivery policy is listed below.
- Free Shipping with every order over HK$400 (after discount).
- HK$30 delivery fee will be charged for order below HK$400 (after discount).
- Standard Delivery Service is available within Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Outlying Islands and Macau. This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to: Big Wave Bay, Lo Wu, Tai O Island, Siu Ho Wan and Po Toi Islands.
- S.F. Stores and EF Locker are acceptable.*
- Post Box and hotel address are not accepted.
- Orders will be delivered to the address provided by customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, customer needs to place a separate order for each address.

Shipping days and schedules
- The shipment will be ready and arrive at the shipping address in 3-4 business days upon confirmation of payment. Delivery time will be available from Monday to Friday (9a.m.-5p.m.). This might vary depending on stock availability.
All claims for shortages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery. You may email to firstname.lastname@example.org or contact Finessence Customer Service Hotlines at 2110 5618 if necessary.
We accept your products purchased at FINESSENCE Online Boutique for exchange within 14 days of receipt (based on the delivery record) if you have the following situations:
- Any products that is damaged in the delivery process;
- Any products that is not your purchased item or missing;
- Any products that is expired when received;
We will issue a product exchange for any full priced unopened merchandise that is returned within 14 days of delivery date.
- All products to be exchanged must be accompanied by original Receipt and an exchanged reference number.
- No return nor exchange if any products that are gifts, or has been opened or used, is not in its original conditions, is damaged, or its missing parts.
- Each item can only be exchanged once.
- No refund.
- To return any items, please contact Customer Service on 2110 5618 or by email email@example.com from Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
- Please allow 1 to 3 weeks from the day you return your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is completed.
- FINESSENCE is not responsible for damage after delivery.
- All claims for shortages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.
- FINESSENCE reserves the right of final decision in case of any dispute.
