基礎油錦囊 － 有機山金車浸泡油
Arnica montana is a plant with yellow flowers of 20 to 30 cm that can be found in the mountains. The base of the flower is a rosette. Arnica has a slight sweet fragrance, and is picked at the beginning of flowering, from May to June.
It is particularly present between 1200 and 2600 metres above sea level in France and in Central and Northern Europe. It grows only on acidic and nutrient-poor soils and becomes increasingly valuable over time due to its rarity and low flower yield.
Arnica has been used for many centuries to treat blows, sprains and various pains as well as to remove bruises. Indeed, descriptions of its therapeutic virtues can be found in the medical treatises of Ancient Greece.
Our Vegetal Oil :
Arnica vegetable oil has a chemical composition that gives it very important anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving properties. Our Arnica vegetable oil is obtained by macerating the flowers obtained in France in a sunflower vegetable oil, in order to obtain the best of its properties. Its fragrance is soft, light, and its color is orange-yellow, sometimes a little dark.
- Repair virtues
- Excellent care for damaged skin
Apply a few drops to damaged skin. Massage gently until absorbed.
To relieve painful muscles, Arnica macerate is useful to massage the affected area very gently, if possible before the oedema appears. This massage, which should be more like a generous application without kneading the muscle, will be even more effective if we add to the arnica essential oil of helichrysum or noble laurel, or both. The muscle is then bandaged loosely. For an oil with warming properties, count 20 drops of essential oil of helichrysum and 20 drops of essential oil of noble laurel per tablespoon of oil. This flavoured massage oil can also be used later in more intensive massage to prepare for exercise.
